From the first estimate to your final check
The measurements and the agreed specification turn an initial price range into a final quote. Design and project work are free when you commission us to make the furniture to that project.
A first price range
Photographs, rough sizes and your address let us discuss the scope. The figure remains provisional until we measure.
Survey at the property
We check the actual openings, services, wall lines and the route for bringing the pieces in.
Design where needed
If plans are needed, we develop them after the survey. The design and project are free when you commission us to make the furniture to that project.
The detailed quote
We set out the agreed layout, boards, fronts, fittings, delivery and any installation included in the order.
Your approval and deposit
You can check the full proposal before accepting it. Production begins after the agreed advance payment.
Workshop manufacture
The pieces are made to the approved measurements and specifications, with the agreed hardware prepared for fitting.
Delivery and fitting
We carry out the transport and installation specified in your order, then adjust the parts we have fitted.
Walk-through together
We test doors and drawers with you, record any outstanding details and close the job once the agreed result is confirmed.

Tall and low areas: making it work
Before enclosing the slope, we look for electrical boards, pipework, cables or access panels that must stay reachable. It may become storage, a pantry, a seat or a desk; intended use sets the layout.
Tall and low areas
Coats or equipment take the high end; shoes and smaller objects fit below the treads.
Reach the back
Deep storage without pull-outs can leave apparent capacity unused.
Purpose before finish
A desk needs legroom and light; a pantry needs frequent access and easy cleaning.

Could I put a desk there?＋
Only if there is sitting height, legroom and space to move the chair. Light and power also need checking.
What should I send first?＋
A front and side photograph plus approximate length, greatest height and depth are enough to start. Final measurements are taken on site.
What if the electrical board is there?＋
It must stay accessible. The design follows the access required by the installation rather than hiding it for appearance.
