Custom wardrobes for attic rooms in Torrevieja

We can assist you inEspañolEnglishDeutschРусский

Furniture planned for the room you actually have

The low part of an attic looks like spare storage until you try to retrieve something from the back. For an under-eaves wardrobe in Torrevieja, we measure height at several distances and decide what should pull out toward you.

Designed for your space

A proposal that fits your space

We define dimensions, storage, finishes and fitting before manufacture so every decision suits the actual space and its use.

01

Slope measured

One dimension does not describe the useful height of every section.

02

Contents within reach

Pull-outs bring belongings out of the lowest areas.

03

A window that still opens

Doors and fronts leave room for its movement and cleaning.

04

Deliverable pieces

Stairs and turns affect the size that can be brought upstairs.

Our process

From the first estimate to your final check

The measurements and the agreed specification turn an initial price range into a final quote. Design and project work are free when you commission us to make the furniture to that project.

  1. A first price range

Photographs, rough sizes and your address let us discuss the scope. The figure remains provisional until we measure.

  2. Survey at the property

We check the actual openings, services, wall lines and the route for bringing the pieces in.

  3. Design where needed

If plans are needed, we develop them after the survey. The design and project are free when you commission us to make the furniture to that project.

  4. The detailed quote

We set out the agreed layout, boards, fronts, fittings, delivery and any installation included in the order.

  5. Your approval and deposit

You can check the full proposal before accepting it. Production begins after the agreed advance payment.

  6. Workshop manufacture

The pieces are made to the approved measurements and specifications, with the agreed hardware prepared for fitting.

  7. Delivery and fitting

We carry out the transport and installation specified in your order, then adjust the parts we have fitted.

  8. Walk-through together

We test doors and drawers with you, record any outstanding details and close the job once the agreed result is confirmed.

Tell me what you want to change at home.

I'm Lorena Peña. You don't need to know the technical name for the furniture. Describe the problem in your own words and add a photo if you can; I'll help you work out the next step.

No obligation. Rough measurements are enough to get started.

Solutions for your space

Hang clothes in the tall part: making it work

We do not simply cut a standard door on the diagonal. Drawers, hanging rails and short units follow the roof slope, beams and opening of roof windows.

01

Hang clothes in the tall part

Long garments need headroom; folded linen may go below the eaves.

02

Bring the back forward

Drawers or trays avoid reaching into an inaccessible low corner.

03

Plot beams and windows

Structure and daylight come before symmetry of the front.

Three ways to approach the specification

Where to focus the budget

These are priorities to discuss, rather than fixed packages or price bands.

Everyday function01

Start with the essentials

Give priority to a workable layout, useful capacity and suitable hardware.

  • A clearly defined scope
  • A focused choice of finishes
  • Storage arranged for daily use
Special requirements03

Resolve the unusual details

Allow for additional design or workshop work when geometry, equipment or junctions require it.

  • Detailed technical information
  • Specific fixings or mechanisms
  • Coordination with the relevant trades
A detailed quotation

The information behind a useful quotation

You can start with rough dimensions. We will tell you what needs to be checked before a final specification is prepared.

The next step

Let's talk through the details.

If an option has caught your eye, send it with a photo of your home. I'll explain what information we need to consider whether it suits your space.

Scope and terms are confirmed before you place an order.

Before deciding

Questions before you enquire

Can every low section be used?+

Not always. Where the back cannot be reached or services need access, reduce usable depth or change the opening.
